Non-Interventional PM&R Physician

A well-established, privately owned outpatient multidisciplinary practice in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Non-Interventional Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician. This role focuses on conservative management, functional restoration, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care within a stable, physician-led environment. The position offers a predictable schedule and emphasizes non-interventional, conservative care.

Practice Info

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative care
• Patient population consists primarily of personal injury cases with some workers' compensation
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, well-established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000 - $350,000+
• Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers' compensation cases preferred, but not required
