Primary Care Physician

Crystal Run, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join their team in West Nyack, NY. Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders
• Review patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status
• Elicit and record information about patient's medical history
• Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patient's condition
• Analyze reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnose condition of patient
• Perform patient assessments
• Formulate care plans

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full time employment

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York at time of employment
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
• Required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
