Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader - Tree Care to supervise daily tree care operations on commercial properties. Lead a small crew in pruning, removals, planting, and debris cleanup while ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Operate and oversee use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment, performing routine inspections and maintenance. Read work orders, coordinate with supervisors, and communicate with clients on-site. Train and mentor crew members, promote a safety-first culture, and support high-profile landscape and construction projects in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a tree care crew on commercial properties
• Perform and oversee pruning, removals, planting, and cleanup
• Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and related equipment
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on tree care equipment
• Review work orders and coordinate daily schedules with supervisors
• Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
