General Production

Cargill is hiring General Production team members to support safe, efficient manufacturing of high-quality food products. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, handle and package goods, and follow strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. You'll help keep the plant clean, document production data, and work closely with a diverse team. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment following safety and quality standards
• Handle, package, and label food products to specification
• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or contamination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow SOPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures (GMP, HACCP)
• Accurately record production, downtime, and quality data
• Assist with basic machine changeovers and line adjustments
• Communicate issues to supervisors and work collaboratively with team members
