What You ll Do:

• Perform general GI procedures: EGD, colonoscopies, biopsies, and polypectomy
• Conduct advanced procedures including ERCP (moderate complexity) and esophageal/stent placement
• Manage patient populations with complex needs, including non-compliant and critically ill patients
• Respond to emergency consults within 30 minutes offsite, and routine calls within 12 hours
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
• Document procedures using Meditech EMR
• Engage in patient education and build rapport with diverse patient groups

What You Need:

• Valid state medical license, board certification in Gastroenterology strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of GI procedural experience
• Proficiency in ERCP, biopsies, stent placement, and other GI interventions
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
