Interim School Based Site Club Director

Boys & Girls Clubs of America seeks an Interim School Based Site Club Director to lead daily operations of a school-based Club. This role oversees after-school programming focused on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development. The Director supervises staff and volunteers, ensures a safe and inclusive environment, and builds strong relationships with youth, families, and school partners. Responsibilities include program planning, behavior management, basic budgeting, data tracking, and compliance with BGCA standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the school-based Club site during after-school hours
• Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with BGCA focus areas
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff and volunteers
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all youth
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to support member success
• Monitor attendance, maintain records, and report program outcomes
• Manage site resources, supplies, and basic budgeting needs
• Enforce organizational policies, safety procedures, and behavior expectations
