Teller

Marshall Community Credit Union seeks a Part-Time Teller to provide friendly, efficient service to our member-owners. In this front-line role, you'll process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers while accurately handling cash and balancing your drawer. You'll answer member questions, promote appropriate credit union products, and support digital banking tools. Working in our member-focused, community-driven environment, you'll help improve financial well-being while building skills in banking, customer service, and financial education.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and electronic transactions while balancing cash drawer daily
• Verify member identification and follow security and compliance procedures
• Promote credit union products and services that support members' financial goals
• Provide exceptional member service, resolving questions or directing to appropriate staff
• Support digital banking adoption and basic technology troubleshooting for members
• Participate in community-focused and financial education initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and uphold credit union policies
