Seasonal Building Maintenance

Park City Municipal Corporation seeks Seasonal Building Maintenance staff to help keep our public facilities safe, clean, and welcoming. In this on-site role, you'll perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal and grounds care across city buildings and recreation sites. Working with our facilities and public works teams, you'll inspect spaces, address minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical issues, and support event and recreation operations. Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance at municipal facilities
• Complete basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical under supervision
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and exterior upkeep
• Inspect facilities and report safety or maintenance issues promptly
• Operate hand and power tools safely and follow safety protocols
• Assist with event and recreation facility setup and cleanup
• Collaborate with public works and facilities staff on assigned projects
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage spaces
