Field Service Representative I

Calgon Carbon Corporation, a leader in environmental solutions for water and air purification, is seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative I to join our technical and maintenance department. In this role, you will operate and maintain treatment systems on customer sites and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You will play a critical part in implementing our mission to provide sustainable and innovative solutions for the environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water and air purification equipment on customer sites.
• Record and report data for compliance and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems as needed to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on site operation.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines during site visits.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance system design based on field experiences.
