Teacher Assistant

Paladin is seeking a Teacher Assistant for our Imagination Station program to support engaging, hands-on learning experiences. You will assist lead teachers with instruction, classroom management, and student supervision, helping prepare materials and guiding small-group activities. In this role, you'll foster a safe, inclusive, and creative environment while modeling positive behavior and curiosity. Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in delivering daily lessons and hands-on learning activities.
• Assist with classroom management, student supervision, and behavior redirection.
• Prepare and organize learning materials, supplies, and activity stations.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to reinforce learning objectives.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student well-being and promptly report concerns to lead teachers.
• Support basic recordkeeping such as attendance and activity documentation.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to coordinate daily plans.
• Follow Paladin and site policies, including safety and compliance procedures.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills.
