EC Resource Teacher

KIPP ENC Public Schools seeks an EC Resource Teacher for the school year. This role provides specialized instruction and support to K-12 students with disabilities in an inclusive, college-prep environment. The teacher will develop and implement IEPs, deliver small-group and push-in services, collaborate with general education teachers, and use data to drive instruction. The EC Resource Teacher will communicate regularly with families, ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and contribute to a mission-driven, equity-focused school culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to K-12 students with disabilities in resource and inclusive settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with IDEA and state regulations
• Use data to plan, differentiate, and adjust instruction to meet individual student goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices and accommodations
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and supports
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for IEP meetings and compliance
• Implement effective behavior management and support plans
• Participate in professional development, coaching, and collaborative planning
• Contribute to a mission-driven, equity-focused school culture
