Teacher

KIPP Charlotte Inc, part of KIPP North Carolina's public charter network, seeks a dedicated Teacher to deliver rigorous, high-expectation instruction to students from underserved communities. In this role, you will design and lead standards-aligned lessons, use data to drive instruction, and create a structured, joyful, and culturally responsive classroom. You will collaborate with a supportive team, engage families as partners, and help build an anti-racist, inclusive school culture focused on preparing students for success in college, career, and life. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus may be available. Professional growth, coaching, and leadership opportunities are integral to this role.

Responsibilities
