Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of asbestos exposure cases from initial intake to resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on pertinent case law and statutes.
• Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys to prepare case strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm guidelines.
