Hayden Power Group is seeking a skilled Commercial / Industrial Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on diverse commercial and industrial projects. In this full-time, field-based role, you'll work on power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for new construction, renovations, and facility upgrades. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, running conduit, wiring and terminations, panel installations, testing, and ensuring NEC and safety compliance. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications
- Perform conduit bending, wiring, terminations, and panelboard installation to code
- Test electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with NFPA, NEC, and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project schedules
- Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and participate in safety meetings and training
- Document work performed, materials used, and report issues or changes to supervisors
- Assist with start-up, commissioning, and maintenance of power, lighting, and low-voltage systems
- Train and mentor apprentices and support their skill development
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment on job sites
