Family Law Attorney

Martine Law seeks a Family Law Attorney to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance team. You will manage a diverse caseload in divorce, custody, support, and protective orders, delivering strategic advice and strong advocacy. Responsibilities include client intake, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, settlement negotiations, and court appearances. You'll collaborate closely with our immigration and bankruptcy teams to address overlapping issues, ensuring comprehensive client solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support
• Conduct client intake, counseling, and strategy development
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation
• Coordinate with immigration and bankruptcy teams on overlapping issues
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines
• Communicate proactively with clients on case progress
• Participate in training, mentoring, and practice development initiatives
