Foreman

ElectriCom seeks a Foreman to lead field crews on power, telecommunications, and broadband construction projects. This role oversees daily operations on overhead and underground utility jobs, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. The Foreman plans work, assigns tasks, coordinates equipment and materials, and ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will conduct safety meetings, train crew members, read and interpret plans, and communicate with project managers, utilities, and inspectors. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction crews on overhead and underground utility projects
• Plan, schedule, and allocate labor, equipment, and materials for field work
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and client specs
• Conduct job site safety meetings, inspections, and documentation
• Read and interpret construction plans, maps, and work orders
• Coordinate with project managers, utilities, and inspectors on job progress
• Train and mentor crew members on safe, efficient construction practices
• Monitor quality, productivity, and resolve on-site issues or conflicts
• Complete daily reports, time sheets, and project documentation
• Inspect completed work and ensure restoration of work sites
