On Call Residential Care Associate I

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call, as-needed support to residents in our care facilities.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and maintenance of personal spaces.
• Implement individual service plans designed to meet residents' specific needs.
• Monitor and report changes in resident's condition and behavior.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training programs.
