Capture Manager
Sedgwick Government Solutions seeks a Capture Manager to lead end-to-end capture for finance and insurance-related claims, disability, and risk solutions for U.S. government agencies. In this role, you will qualify and shape opportunities, analyze RFPs/RFIs, and design competitive capture strategies that leverage Sedgwick's technology, regulatory expertise, and service capabilities. You will conduct market and competitor research, build teaming relationships, and guide cross-functional teams through capture milestones and gate reviews. Partnering closely with sales, proposal, legal, compliance, and operations, you will develop win themes, differentiators, and compliant solutions aligned to federal regulations and agency needs. Responsibilities
- Lead capture efforts for federal and public sector claims and risk management opportunities in finance and insurance domains
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and develop compliant, competitive capture strategies and win themes
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to shape opportunity positioning and solution design
- Collaborate with sales, proposal, operations, legal, and compliance teams to develop capture plans
- Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors
- Lead gate reviews, capture milestones, and opportunity qualification decisions
- Support proposal development with outlines, discriminators, and content for technical and management volumes
- Ensure capture activities align with regulatory requirements and agency-specific rules
- Track opportunity pipeline and report capture progress and metrics to leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement of capture processes, tools, and best practices
