Team Lead

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers, flexible cables, conveyor systems, and machine protection solutions, is seeking a Team Lead to drive regional sales growth in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will manage a defined territory, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with industrial clients and OEMs. You will guide local sales efforts, coordinate with engineering to deliver technical solutions, and use CRM tools to forecast and track performance. Responsibilities

• Own and grow regional sales revenue for cable carriers, cables, conveyors, and machine protection systems
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial and OEM customers
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Lead, coach, and support local sales representatives or partners in the territory
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver technically sound solutions
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory performance updates
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends to refine sales strategy
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale support coordination
