Match Education seeks a Middle School Inclusion Aide, Long-Term Substitute to support diverse learners in an urban charter school. The aide will work closely with special education and general education teachers to implement accommodations, reinforce instruction, and promote inclusive classroom practices. Responsibilities include small-group and 1:1 academic support, behavior support, data collection, and frequent communication with teachers and families. Responsibilities

  • Provide in-class support to middle school students with diverse learning needs
  • Implement accommodations and modifications under teacher and IEP guidance
  • Deliver small-group and 1:1 academic and behavioral support
  • Assist with classroom management and positive behavior strategies
  • Collect and report student progress data to teachers and support staff
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers to plan support
  • Communicate professionally with families and school staff as directed
  • Uphold school-wide routines, expectations, and equity-focused culture
