Preschool Classroom Aid / CDA Specialist

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations within our vibrant preschool environment, providing both educational and administrative assistance. Your expertise will help us enhance the learning experiences of our young students and ensure adherence to educational standards and development milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and student management.
• Implement educational programs and lesson plans.
• Monitor and report on student progress and developmental milestones.
• Engage with children in educational activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Participate in training and development sessions to maintain and enhance skills.
• Help maintain classroom records and ensure compliance with state preschool educational standards.
