Middle School ESL Teacher

Match Education seeks a Middle School ESL Teacher for its Boston-based charter schools. The teacher will deliver rigorous, standards-aligned ESL instruction, using data to drive lesson design and targeted interventions for multilingual learners. Responsibilities include small classes, personalized tutoring, and close collaboration with colleagues and families to support academic growth and college readiness. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver standards-aligned ESL lessons for middle school students
• Differentiate instruction for multilingual learners at varying proficiency levels
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust instruction and interventions
• Provide small-group and individualized academic support and tutoring
• Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and families to support student success
• Implement classroom management systems that support high expectations
• Contribute to IEP/ELL plans and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in professional development and coaching cycles
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress
• Support the school's mission, culture, and community initiatives
