Program Manager

PathWays of the River Valley is seeking a Program Manager to lead person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. The Program Manager oversees daily program operations, staff coordination, and service planning to ensure high-quality, compliant, and inclusive supports. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, monitoring outcomes, collaborating with families and community partners, and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders
• Coordinate and monitor person-centered service plans and caseloads to ensure quality and compliance
• Supervise, support, and train program staff to deliver effective, compassionate services
• Collaborate with individuals, families, and community partners to promote inclusion and advocacy
• Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and support data-informed decision making
• Manage program budgets and resources in alignment with agency goals and regulations
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and agency policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across programs
