Responsibilities

• Implement educational programs that adhere to established childhood learning standards.
• Engage children in activities that promote language, cognitive, and social development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment.
• Assess each child's developmental needs and progress.
• Collaborate with other educators and caregivers to ensure a consistent approach to emotional, social, and practical skills development.
• Temporarily fill in for absent staff, maintaining the continuity of education and care.
