Electrician II

At U.S. Tsubaki, leaders in producing the Atra-Flex line of flexible couplings used for connecting rotating equipment in the automotive industry, we are looking for a detail-oriented Electrician II to join our dedicated maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring our production equipment operates with maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety. The Electrician II will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems and controls within our manufacturing facility. A successful candidate will bring a deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to quality workmanship that reflects our brand's dedication to enduring and critical application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within electrical circuits and systems.
• Install new electrical equipment and systems as needed to support manufacturing capabilities and expansions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to develop and implement reliability best practices.
• Record and maintain detailed documentation of all work performed.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, control circuits, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues in industrial machinery and control systems.
• Skilled in the use of standard electrician's tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
