Responsibilities

• Lead fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Read site plans, measure layouts, and ensure accurate fence placement
• Install vinyl, wood, chain link, ornamental, and farm fencing
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and craftsmanship standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and address on-site concerns
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily project schedules
• Report project progress and issues to management
