Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a residential real estate community as the on-site Property Manager
- Lead, train, and supervise on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage the full leasing cycle, from marketing and tours to application processing and move-ins/move-outs
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through excellent customer service and relationship management
- Prepare, manage, and analyze operating budgets, income statements, and property performance reports
- Approve invoices, control expenses, and ensure financial goals are met or exceeded
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders, unit turns, and capital improvement projects
- Conduct regular property and unit inspections to ensure quality, safety, and curb appeal standards
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies and procedures
- Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Support or organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement company initiatives and best practices
- Maintain accurate records in property management software and prepare required reports
