Year Up is seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Instructor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Data Analytics Job Training Program. In this position, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring young adults, equipping them with the necessary analytical skills to thrive in today's data-driven economy. As part of Year Up's one-year comprehensive program, you will facilitate both classroom learning and practical, hands-on projects. You will guide students through the complexities of data analysis, ensuring they understand theoretical concepts and can apply them to real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging curriculum and lectures on data analysis and statistics.
• Mentor and guide students through hands-on projects and real-world case studies.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet competency standards.
• Coordinate with external partners to facilitate internships and real-world exposure.
• Participate in continuous improvement of educational programs by adapting curriculum based on emerging industry trends and feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
