Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retail banking clients, handling transactions and account services
• Advise customers on appropriate banking products aligned with biotechnology-focused clientele needs
• Open and maintain checking, savings, and loan accounts with high accuracy and compliance
• Support relationship managers with portfolio growth and client retention activities
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and security best practices
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities to other bank services and specialists
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and risk management policies
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters as needed
• Contribute to sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Document client interactions and transactions in CRM and core banking systems
