North Easton Savings Bank seeks a driven Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Financial Services team in the Banking, Insurance & Investment industry. You will build and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage clients, conduct thorough borrower assessments, and recommend suitable loan products while ensuring strict regulatory and policy compliance. Responsibilities

  • Originate residential mortgage loans in line with North Easton Savings Bank credit policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Conduct detailed borrower consultations, pre-qualifications, and pre-approvals
  • Analyze income, credit, assets, and collateral to recommend appropriate mortgage products
  • Present and explain loan options, terms, and disclosures clearly to borrowers
  • Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely, accurate loan closings
  • Maintain detailed documentation and data integrity in LOS and CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations (e.g., TRID, RESPA, ECOA)
  • Achieve production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Represent the bank professionally in community and industry events
