The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of service technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to Rackley Roofing's strict quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing service crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and manage all project logistics, from staff assignments to material delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Communicate with clients and project managers about progress and any issues.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications.
