Human Resources Business Partner

Ameribolt is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for the Americas to support our manufacturing and distribution teams. In this role, you will align HR strategies with business goals, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and talent development. You'll lead recruiting and onboarding for key roles, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations. Working in a hands-on, team-oriented culture, you'll use HR data to recommend improvements and help build a high-performance, safety-focused workforce supporting critical industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Americas leadership to align HR strategy with manufacturing and distribution goals
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for key roles across plants and offices
• Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives aligned with Ameribolt values
• Support compensation, benefits, and promotion recommendations using HR data
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety policies, and company procedures
• Facilitate training on performance management, safety, and leadership basics
• Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements in turnover, staffing, and development
• Manage investigations and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and growth
