Rathole Technician

Noble Casing Inc seeks a Rathole Technician to support safe, efficient rathole drilling and related tubular services for drilling and completion operations. Responsibilities include operating and rigging up rathole and handling equipment, preparing well site locations, assisting casing and pipe crews, and completing basic inspections and maintenance. Role requires strict adherence to safety policies, field readiness, and working extended shifts in remote environments. Noble Casing provides hands-on training, exposure to advanced equipment, and growth opportunities across key U.S. energy basins.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support rathole drilling and related oilfield equipment on rigs and locations
• Measure, mark, and prepare rathole locations according to job plan and customer specs
• Assist with rig-up/rig-down, pipe handling, and coordination with casing and drilling crews
• Inspect tools and equipment, perform basic maintenance, and report issues promptly
• Follow all Noble Casing and customer safety policies, JSAs, and operational procedures
• Complete field paperwork, job tickets, and basic reports accurately and on time
• Travel to remote well sites, working extended and irregular shifts as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, rig personnel, and team members to ensure safe operations
