Responsibilities

- Communicate regularly with families about child progress, daily activities, and any concerns
- Observe, document, and assess children's development to inform instruction and support individual needs
- Collaborate with coworkers to plan activities, share ideas, and maintain a consistent, supportive program
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Prepare instructional materials, learning centers, and hands-on activities to engage young learners
- Support smooth daily routines including meals, rest time, transitions, and outdoor play
