Outside Sales Representative

Paramount Builders LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial construction sales across West Virginia. In this field-based role, you'll generate and qualify leads, conduct on-site visits, and present design-build, remodeling, and general contracting solutions tailored to client needs. You will prepare estimates, negotiate contracts, and manage a strong pipeline while collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate scopes and timelines. This position suits a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson who values craftsmanship, safety, and integrity in every client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and light commercial construction leads in assigned territory
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and present Paramount Builders LLC services
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and estimates aligned with project requirements
• Negotiate terms, close contracts, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate scopes and timelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and pipeline status
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-up and exceptional client service
• Stay informed on local construction trends, competitors, and building codes
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and community functions
