Relationship Banker I

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a client-focused Relationship Banker to join our Finance team in the Banking, Insurance & Investment space. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for retail banking clients, delivering exceptional service
• Open and service checking, savings, loan, and deposit accounts accurately
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking, insurance, and investment solutions
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales and relationship goals
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all bank policies and regulations
• Educate clients on digital and mobile banking tools to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with finance and investment partners to deepen client relationships
• Resolve complex client issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and core banking systems
• Participate in continuous training to stay current on products and regulations
