Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Wesley Group's advisory and consulting services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including discovery, solution alignment, and proposal development
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outreach, networking, and campaigns with marketing support
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to translate client needs into tailored, data-driven solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to senior executives and decision-makers
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with firm strategy and profitability goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reporting
  • Develop deep understanding of target industries, client pain points, and competitive landscape
  • Contribute feedback to refine go-to-market messaging, offerings, and sales processes
  • Represent Wesley Group at industry events and thought leadership opportunities
