Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive software development curriculum tailored to meet industry needs and student learning goals.
• Mentor and support students throughout their academic and internship phases to facilitate personal and professional growth.
• Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they meet program milestones and industry standards.
• Collaborate with tech industry partners to maintain a relevant, up-to-date curriculum and secure internship opportunities.
• Lead by example, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and challenging learning environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of software development principles and languages such as Java, Python, and Java
