CNC GRIND-CBN HUFF OPERATOR

HiTek Manufacturing, Inc., a leader in the aerospace and turbine engine industries, is seeking a CNC GRIND-CBN HUFF OPERATOR to join our precision component production team. This role is critical in machining parts to exact specifications using CNC grinding machinery equipped with Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) grinding wheels and HUFF programming control systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of metallurgy, precision machining, and quality control processes aligned with the aviation and turbine engine sector's high standards. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC grinding machines using CBN wheels and HUFF controls to produce parts to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to set up and adjust CNC machinery accordingly.
• Maintain consistent check on machining parameters to ensure quality control and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with the QC department to ensure parts meet stringent client and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Required Skills
