Claim Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend referral opportunities to investigative bodies when potential fraud is suspected.
• Maintain accurate records and reports regarding claim status and other metrics for internal audits.
• Work collaboratively with underwriting, risk management, and other departments to optimize and streamline claims processes.
• Provide exemplary customer service, guiding clients through the claim process with empathy and professionalism.
