Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate buyer and seller leads in local Long Island markets
• Conduct listing presentations, price opinions, and comparative market analyses
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle from consultation to closing
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and follow-up communication
• Negotiate offers, contingencies, and contract terms on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions
• Leverage EXIT Realty technology, CRM, and marketing tools to grow business
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs
• Create and execute personal business and marketing plans aligned with office goals
• Maintain accurate transaction records and comply with New York real estate regulations
