Frontgate Real Estate is seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions across the greater Denver and Douglas County areas. In this full-time, commission-based role, you'll leverage Frontgate's strong marketing resources, local expertise, and technology to deliver a concierge-style client experience. Responsibilities include lead generation, client consultations, CMAs, showings, contract negotiation, and transaction coordination. Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions across the greater Denver and Douglas County markets
• Prospect, network, and follow up with leads to build and maintain a strong book of business
• Conduct market analyses, prepare CMAs, and advise clients on pricing and offer strategies
• Coordinate and host showings, open houses, inspections, and other key transaction activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase contracts, addenda, and related documents in compliance with Colorado law
• Use MLS and brokerage technology tools to manage listings, clients, marketing, and transaction workflows
• Collaborate closely with Frontgate team members to deliver a concierge-style, high-touch client experience
• Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents to ensure smooth closings
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and regulatory changes affecting residential real estate
• Uphold Frontgate's standards of integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service at all times
