Inventory Analyst

Koozie Group, operated by Scribe OpCo Inc, seeks a Temporary Inventory Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile variances to ensure accurate stock across multiple locations. You will maintain item and transaction data in our ERP system, prepare inventory and KPI reports, and partner closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams. You'll help prevent stockouts and excess, support physical inventories, and identify process improvements in a collaborative, customer-focused, and continuous-improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to support production and customer demand.
• Perform regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigation.
• Maintain accurate item, location, and transaction data in ERP systems.
• Prepare inventory reports and KPIs for operations and leadership.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce stockouts and excess.
• Support new product setups and inventory transitions.
• Assist with physical inventories and audits.
