Teacher Assistant

Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant who aspires to make a difference in the educational journey of students with special needs. Working in a dynamic environment, the Teacher Assistant will support lead teachers in implementing curriculums designed specifically for students' unique learning needs, across diverse settings including schools, online platforms, and state-of-the-art clinical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities and materials that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the educational team to assess and address each student's individual needs, both academically and emotionally.
• Implement educational programs and lesson plans as devised by the lead teacher and educational specialists.
• Provide support to students individually or in groups to enable them to fully participate in classroom activities.
• Assist with the supervision of students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions.
• Help in maintaining classroom discipline by enforcing school rules and behavioral standards.
• Document students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to help improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills
