Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and crisis intervention.

• Monitor resident's progress and provide feedback to the treatment team.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents.
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident's health and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance care delivery.
