Leasing Agent

Pride Rock Capital Management LLC seeks a driven Leasing Agent to support its multifamily investment portfolio. You will manage the full leasing cycle-prospecting, tours, applications, approvals, and renewals-while delivering a high-touch resident experience. Partner closely with asset management to hit occupancy, rent growth, and revenue targets through disciplined lead follow-up, competitive market analysis, and data-driven reporting. This role suits a sales-oriented self-starter who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial, institutional-quality real estate investment environment and takes ownership for results.

Responsibilities

• Manage full leasing lifecycle from inquiry through move-in and renewal for assigned multifamily assets
• Conduct property tours, highlight value proposition, and close prospective residents to achieve occupancy and rent targets
• Screen applicants, process applications, verify income, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards
• Prepare, review, and execute leases, addenda, and renewals with accuracy and timely follow-up
• Maintain CRM/property management systems with leads, traffic, conversions, and resident data for reporting
• Partner with asset management on pricing, concessions, marketing strategies, and retention initiatives
• Monitor competitive properties, rental comps, and market trends; provide insights to support underwriting and asset plans
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, service issues, and complaints, ensuring a professional, high-touch experience
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance to coordinate move-ins, inspections, and unit readiness
• Produce regular leasing, occupancy, and traffic reports to support portfolio performance and value-creation goals
