Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist

The Helen Ross McNabb Center, a leading provider of behavioral health services based in East Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting families by providing evidence-based support and interventions designed to enhance child development, family health, and internal family systems. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to assess family needs and deliver tailored intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans including health, educational, and social components.
• Coordinate with other social services professionals to connect families with necessary resources.
• Educate families on child development norms and healthcare needs.
• Monitor and report on the progress of families and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for caseload management.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
