Business Banking Loan Coordinator

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking Loan Coordinator in Onalaska, WI. In this role, you will support business lending by coordinating loan documentation, gathering financial statements, and ensuring files are complete and compliant. You will communicate with business members, underwriters, and relationship managers, schedule closings, prepare loan packages, and track timelines to support an excellent member experience. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end processing of business banking loan files
• Collect and verify required financial statements and documentation from business members
• Prepare, review, and organize loan packages for underwriting and closing
• Ensure loan files meet regulatory, policy, and audit requirements
• Communicate with members, relationship managers, and underwriters on loan status
• Schedule and support loan closings, including preparation of closing documents
• Maintain accurate data entry in lending and document management systems
• Monitor loan pipelines, track key deadlines, and escalate issues as needed
• Support reporting and record-keeping for business lending activities
• Uphold Altra's member-focused, community-driven service standards
