Enterprise Architect

GXM Technologies LLC seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead mission-focused IT and data architectures for advanced defense and aerospace programs. You will define enterprise roadmaps, target architectures, and integration patterns across geospatial, C4ISR, AI/ML, and cyber domains supporting U.S. defense and intelligence customers. Partnering with engineering, data, and cyber teams, you will translate complex mission needs into secure, scalable solutions aligned with DoD/IC standards and Zero Trust principles. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation systems, influence technology strategy, and mentor technical teams in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture dedicated to national security.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy for defense and intelligence programs across IT and data environments.
• Define and maintain target architectures, roadmaps, and reference models aligned with Do
• D and IC standards.
• Architect secure, scalable solutions integrating C4
• ISR, geospatial, AI/ML, and cyber capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data, cyber, and program teams to translate mission needs into technical designs.
• Guide cloud, data, and integration architectures supporting complex national security missions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, RMF, Zero Trust, and relevant Do
• D/IC architecture frameworks.
• Develop architecture artifacts, views, and models (Do
• DAF, MBSE, UML/Sys
• ML) for stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, trade studies, and decision support to senior government customers.
• Mentor engineers and architects, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Support proposals, R&D initiatives, and technology modernization efforts for GXM clients.
