Real Estate Sales Agent

Onx Homes seeks a Real Estate Sales Agent to drive sales of innovative, energy-efficient single-family homes built with our advanced panelized construction system. In this field-based role, you'll prospect and qualify leads, host model home tours, and guide buyers from first contact through closing. You will explain our integrated design-to-build approach, highlighting quality, speed, and sustainability benefits. Working closely with construction and lending partners, you'll manage timelines, keep accurate CRM records, and provide market feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals, and community outreach in target markets.
• Conduct property tours and model home presentations, highlighting Onx Homes' construction technology and energy-efficient features.
• Guide buyers through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
• Perform basic market research and pricing comparisons to position Onx Homes competitively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with construction, design, and lending partners to coordinate timelines and provide updates to buyers.
• Educate clients on the benefits of advanced panelized building systems and sustainable home features.
• Host open houses, community events, and onsite sales activities to drive traffic and brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Contribute feedback from buyers and market trends to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
